Empowering Others to Create

Hi! I’m Leslie and I empower people to create healthy lifestyles, healthy communities, and beautiful things. By day I am a Public Health Professional and Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES). Additionally, I am an entrepreneur who teaches the art of sewing through 1:1 lessons and group classes.

Initially taught by my grandmother, I have sewn since I was seven years old. When I look at a pile of fabric, I see an opportunity to make something special. When you make something with your own hands, there’s love and pride in every stitch.

Whether you want to sew the gown of your dreams, learn to do simple repairs and alterations, or just learn how to use that sewing machine collecting dust in your closet, I’d love to help. I look forward to working with you!
